Challenge yourself and conquer one of the world’s seven summits, Mount Kilimanjaro, the roof of Africa! Soak up the stunning views and nature as we trek the Rongai route to Uhuru Peak, at an awesome 5895m. After the climb we will travel to the famous Serengeti National Park for a luxury-tented, ‘classic’ safari experience. Visit the wildlife- filled Ngorongoro Crater and visit the Ilkurot Masai Primary School to support its development and meet the local students.

Simba – Kikelelwa – after breakfast, we leave our camp on a steady walk up through grassy woodland to our second camp

Kikelelwa – Mawenzi Tarn – after breakfast, we leave the vegetation behind as we weave our way up through the barren landscape
Day 5
Mawenzi Tarn – today we are going to enjoy an acclimatization day – short walks around the beautiful Mawenzi Tarn

Mawenzi Tarn – Kibo – today, we cross the lunar desert of the saddle between Mawenzi and Kibo (4700m) and we marvel

Kibo – Summit – Horombo – at midnight, we wake for a small snack before continuing our climb for the steepest and most
